Reactive/Realtime edits for an events show. Export + Upload and download options?

hey guys,

i've landed cool job covering event in europe in close real time possible , trying figure out best workflow. looking pick brains of has done similar?

far ideas follows:
  • 3 x shooters covering various aspects of show.
  • shuttling hotel (as close venue possible) cards during down time other 2 shooters ensuring covered.
  • cards left editor , new card given shooter
  • import 2 drives
  • edits created in premiere possibly additional touches in ae endslate + typography
  • exports premiere...
here's stuck. client in uk , need work out easiest way them review , download content ready post. thinking vimeo it's little cumbersome side.

there services can recommend have premiere export plugins or similar allow me export, upload, display review , have download button (full res hq files ~50mb 15 sec @h.264) ready posting on social media asap?

if i've missed obvious please let me know!

appreciated.

i've done this, though not quite on such large scale. spent morning getting first batch of content, lunch , handing off chips editor (we used quiet, draped off section of conference center). lunch, more coverage, wrapping mid afternoon. had crew of 5 - 2 "talent" , 3 av. talent subject matter experts spent time editor shape output way wanted. 50% of our time. while doing this, camera guy off shooting b-roll. typically done 6 - 10-hour day - 3 days. goal, , output, 6-minute spot each day/same day. weren't doing coverage, trying tell story based on interviews. consider creating scratch/lightweight version can uploaded review.
worked (getting story - same day) because reviewers (me) in room. if that's impractical, consider setting iphone on stand points editing screen, , facetime.
