Notes from iCloud not Makint it to Device?!?!


so have weird issue going on icloud , notes. have 5 devices logged same (mine) icloud account; 6s, ipad, ipad mini 2, icloud.com, , imac. calendar, contacts, safari, email, , else works , communicating across devices, except notes. here's strange parts. notes communicating , fourth across except ipad , imac. no matter turn on , off, log on , off, or other, 2 devices not in loop. note created on 1 of devices not make cloud or other devices , note created on 1 of other devices communicating not make 2 devices. said, every other feature does. ideas on one? curious part best can recall, issue seems have started @ identifiable time...it started when got new phone (the 6s) , ipad mini. got both devices @ same time during special at&t had. whatcha think?
 

i experience behavior pretty regularly. reason why icloud not main cloud solution, dropbox is. use icloud apps don't play nicely dropbox.
