Strange touchscreen issue


hi, new here. hoping me iphone 5 touchscreen issue.
works 5 minutes starts become unresponsive. keep giving on , out sell broken, turn on , starts working again.

if hardware issue not either work or not work (intermittently or not)?
 

i think so, have tried restore? if software issue should fix
