nothing happens when try charge, either in car, wall charger or via desktop. if change cord. tried hard resetting multiple times , still no life. connected itunes , tried retore twice error message (4014)

have wait day genius bar appt.

no excuse have have $800 apple device die fast. on 14 day return policy i'm screwed. id take refund if
