iPhone upgrade program question


i have bit of confusion on this. start upgrade program have trade in current iphone paid in full previously? if seems stealing. didn't have cell phone started program wouldn't have trade in phone start? or android phone wouldn't have trade in start? if understand correctly, if have iphone (even if paid in full) if want start upgrade program have give them phone? want make sure understand correctly. seems sorts of messed reasons stated above. it's different cost start depending on current phone situation.

no, don't have trade-in anything. walk-in , tell them have reservation , use iphone upgrade program. ask id , credit card. after verifying information, tell if approved or declined.
