Easiest mousing/tracking device on wrist?


i've been having trouble "mouse" hand lately, can't tell whether logitech trackman marble or macbook air trackpad cause. trackman acting flakey anyway, it's due replacement. i've liked trackballs, if there's more wrist-friendly or hand-friendly option out there, i'd love hear opinions/suggestions on subject. (some sort of ambidextrous product ideal switch , forth between hands.) thanks....
