iPhone 6 SMS problem


hello! since have updated iphone ios 8.4 have annoying problem! of time when send message, person not receiving it, after couple of mins or hours very, annoying. happends when sends message me, receive message after period of time!(or after send message me, or somebody, literally speaking, when send message me or again, seems "the network activating" , start receive messages. should do? deactivated , activated imessage, done reset network factory settings, restarted phone, nothing...any idea?
 

only happens on wifi?
