Time Machine slows to a crawl


so after install clean install of el capitan, installed new 6tb red hard drive in thunderbolt 2 bay my 6tb media drive holding 3tb. blackmagic disk test rates each drive @ 170mb per second read , write. when try initial of time machine, fast first 75gb, slows crawl changing minutes days. in last 7 hours backed 15gb. has seen similar or have ideas? never happened in yosemite.
 

something similar happened me. first backup after installing el capitan started slow gained speed after half hour or so. seems work well.
