Going to sleep automatically not working


ever since i've updated el capitan imac no longer goes automatically sleep. i've made sure turned off appropriately. zapped pram , unplugged computer 15 seconds. can somehow help?
 

the problem "upgraded" longer running mac! older piece of old software service still running. download free program etrecheck , run it. make txt file showing in mac , tell if needs deleting or updated el captain. have delete out-of-date services , after deleting manually , after deletion reboot rebuild system files.
