Bootcamp problem Mac Pro 3,1


i have mac pro 3,1 ssd installed in upper bay alongside optical drive, ssd connected sata port on motherboard. attempting install windows 7 via bootcamp second option in bootcamp, install or remove windows 7 greyed out. have yosemite installed , date. why option in bootcamp greyed out , how can windows 7 64bit installed on mac pro?

if remember rightly, has installed on disk potentially bootable - internal disk perspective means 1 of bays 1-4 - cannot disk 5/6 installed in optical drive bays.
