iOS 9.2.1 on iPhone 5s and iPad Mini


i know mileage may vary wondering general consensus on these i'd run applications requiring ios 9.

i highly reccommend jumping onto 9.3 pb2 experience eons better 9.2.1 (almost lag has been obliterated) on iphone 5s.

if upgrade 9.2.1 version of ios below 9.0, you'll notice huge drop in performance.

should either jump on public beta or wait until 9.3 released, or if can handle lag upgrade 9.2.1. might want consider beta software has little quirks.
