HDMI-CEC devices intermittently do not power on together


i've got sharp aquos tv (lc-40le830u) , sony home theatre system (bdv-e4100) , i'm experiencing intermittent issue when trying have both power on together.

when turning devices on in morning first time, tv turns on, home theatre not. after manually powering home theatre system, both devices power on , off tv remote successfully, until next morning.

thoughts anyone?
 

i having different issue similar setup, siri remote turn on tv , receiver, , not. there no discernible pattern it, reboot of atv temporarily cure it. since updating tvos 9.1, hdmi-cec seems consistently working.
