Image capture woes


i have been procrastinating moving photos off phone while. regretting it. have on 11k images. have been trying week photos off can't seem image capture work.

in past ic has been flaky hands down worst has ever been. can't iphoto, photos or image capture show pictures. show phone thats it, no thumbnails.

have tried 2 different macs, different cables, , rebooting both. have disabled icloud photo sync , still nothing works.

totally stuck, ideas wrong ? it's not question of waiting finish loading. have tried letting sit few hours , nothing.\
 

i'm sorry, don't have advise you're looking here's 3 "last option" workaround suggestions if can't them way should able to.
  1. try pc <ducks>. use pc , have done on 6000 near number no lag or issues.
  2. download photos icloud photo library.
  3. a non-encrypted itunes backup export photos files (mixed in rest of backup stuff).
