Ios update 9.0.1 cant update or restart or stop it


can im quite new apple 1st iphone im using 4s add 9.0.1 update on while wont update iv tryed resetting network worked in past ,i deleted apps still nowt says press install grayish not black lettering mean aint moved cant restart or stop unsure if remove sim if helps il try tho bin pain id rather update 9.0.2 tell me if im able update latest or seems stuck stop other update ?? or there way can update ,my wifis not great id b doing using data looked @ itunes dont av pc ,iv done update 7 8.4 wen 1st cum on mobi can not remember aving problams woz faster thought used data aswell ,soz bit long wanted try post woz readable lol in advance
 

is phone charged (above 50% battery) or plugged in , on working wifi network when trying this?
