My review of knockoff link band
i bought knockoff link band:

1:1 replica. can resize taking links off without tools, real apple band. paid $93 free prime shipping.
few key points:
1. feels good! comfortable, , metal seems solid. didn't play original other in store many moons ago, can't compare directly. on own merits good.
2. have bit of gap between links. me, isn't huge deal may be. understanding original 1 has gap, if smaller, between links.
3. clasp , seem secure. not worried watch falling off. have applecare anyway, if happen still cheaper repair or 2 buy original apple band. said, not worried coming loose.
4. links require push thumb , pull apart. not flimsy mechanism, requires intent. cannot imagine links coming apart on own while you're wearing it, know concern knockoff band.
5. connector 1mm big on left , right on both sides. 1 clicks place, other not. however, both feel "secure" (i tried force slide out , not come off). not going worrying connector sliding off while wearing @ all. 1mm metal on both sides bit off, no big deal me.
6. ultimately, when stop staring @ band , use watch normally, you're going love band , none of imperfections noticeable on time.
7. take @ pictures posted. if think band looks , nothing jumps out @ you, happy band. on other hand, if @ pics , "damn thats ugly" or "wow, never live x or y issue" should skip , other knockoffs.
conclusion
this excellent band want save $350 on cost of apple's still 95% of same look/feel.
highly recommend wanted link edition didn't want pay premium. have feeling i'll using band full time long time come, , new favorite band!
if have massive ocd , require perfection, spring genuine apple one. no matter how hard look, ultimately, not find knockoff perfect. , if did, cost close apple charges.
seems apparent big reason $450 price tag apple has extremely low tolerances link spacing, connector widths, etc. must mean reject ton of parts, , rejected parts factored cost.
keep price down, knockoffs loosen criteria bit. of quality @ 75% off on price. reason, looking "perfect" knockoff fool's errand. can have price or impeccable quality can't have both. that's true in not in band.

i want 1 sg ones have seen can see silver between links , still 60-100$ don't mind seeing little silver 60 closer latter less silver think should able see. not sure why these bands didn't paint links black.
