Very High CPU after upgrade from Yosemite


i getting new mbp yosemite, , upgrade directly el capitan. after upgrade, find out fan quite noise, , cpu high.

found out system process in high cpu, including launchd, usereventagent, ... has similar experience? hint?

did not tm backup yet, , can not yosemite download app store. way move yosemite?

how recent upgrade?
can take few hours new install 'balance out' were.

initial installs or upgrades have period of reduced performance, , high activity, while system , application caches rebuilt, , search indexes updated.
