My Cloud drive problem


since installing el capitan, both of macs show cloud drive in shared devices in sidebar, when trying access via "connect as":



"there problem connecting server... server may not exist or unavailable @ time. check server name or ip address, check network connection, , try again."



way can access going directly through wd software, or using finder > command+k, not permanently (or semi-permanently) mount drive. process must repeated every time want access drive (what pain.)
