Facetime Hanging Up on Connection


hi,

i'm experiencing bug on macbook pro (2014) facetime connects call (audio or video) it's hangs within 5 seconds, , no 1 can hear me 5 seconds connect... not that help...

don't understand what's going on. facetime works on imac not on laptop. used work until couple of days ago doesn't, , don't recall changing settings.

i've checked through apple troubleshooting guides talks making sure facetime activated , making sure date , time correct, none of helped me.

if has suggestions they'd appreciated!
