app login fail on iphone 5s


i'm not sure if right place post. give try. have app called timmyme it's canadian coffee shop. has been working fine since start useing it. not log in. errors 500 , network problem. removed app few times , nothing. other apps work fine. thoughts?
 

any reason why don't use "official" tim horton's app? haven't used timmyme since came out real one.
