Changing resolution gives horrible grinding noise


so, macbook running windows in bootcamp, projecting tv on hdmi. now, odd reason, when change resolution of games computer horrible bzzz noise if fan got stuck or something. seems happen once after every sleep/restart, , doesn't repeat afterwards. fans spin fine , have no problems overheating.

nasty sound?
