iPad won't back up to icloud ios9


since update ios 9.0 ipad won't cloud. keeps saying not enough storage available data shows 4.5gb available out of 5.0gb total. have tried deleting backup in icloud it comes message saying can't delete it! press try again says can't right now!
 

you may have 4.5 gb available icloud drive , backup, how have on ipad backup? if have on ipad exceeds what's available in cloud, you're going message.
