Lower headphone volume in iPhone 6s Plus


hello everyone!

when using headphones connected iphone 6s+ there not same volume level iphone 6+ same volume setting.
6s+ bought in europe , comes ios 9, , 6+ bought in last year.

problem i've compared sound volume iphones 6+ (my girlfriend's , mine) , hear big different of sound level between them, 1 of them crearly lower other , talking 15-20% less.
i've been searching issue on internet couldn´t solve problem yet checking settings shown in different forums , web pages.
aparently issue can fixed checking called ue volume limit, set option off , level above maximum steel same maximum volume level.

maybe because " "ue volume limit"? possible iphones in europe comes lower maximum volume compare in america?

in unsure sort of response expect. sounds tried possible. there variances between devices. speakers on 6s plus noticeably quieter 6 plus. others have said didn't notice this.
