Can't Boot Into Recovery to Format Disk, Boots OSX to Black Screen


i messing around reinstalling windows 7 in bootcamp last night though it's not officially supported anymore , somehow went wrong , computer not booting of time.

1 out of 5 times can osx, other 4 times plays startup sounds , screen stays black. after 10 sec or keyboard lights , if hit enter it'll make ding sound know it's booting osx, nothing showing on screen. tried using external monitor , nothing.

i've reset pram multiple times, did shift+option+control+power reset controller , didn't help. can't recovery. think recovery partition got messed up. can still see in terminal, can't boot it. boots internet recovery everytime cmd+r. loads few min in internet recovery reboots osx black screen.

tl;dr can't recovery format disk, internet recovery doesn't work either. osx booting screen boots black 90% of time. how format disk without recovery? tried re downloading el cap app store clean install (couldn't format since wasn't in recovery) didn't help.
 

as of right now, think i'll try make bootable osx usb drive if can osx. maybe try downgrade mavericks @ same time because despise yosemite , el cap. hope work?
