Can Unlocking website block my IMEI?


i paid $100 unlocking website them unlock iphone 6s plus works t-mobile usa... claimed take average of 5-10 bussines days them unlock iphone has been on 15 days , still ''processing'' order. have done bussines website in past , happy costumer, not anymore.

during these days had find solution because wasn't in position wait more 10 days without cell phone service, dont longer need iphone unlocked. @ point want money , never have use service again.

used pay pal pay them, can file complaint pay pal? company capable of listing iphone bad imei?
 

you lose paypal case these digital goods , paypal doesnt offer type of protection. might have better luck asking bank risk getting banned paypal in doing , $100 not worth it. order codes different vendors , lot of times turnaround times claim experience delays , can't thing it. recommend wait @ least week , politely ask refund if decent vendor money back.
