Custom vibrations not working (6S Plus and iOS 9.0.1)


i'm able create custom vibration patterns on new 6s plus , play them fine. aren't used when assign them contact. it's standard vibration when receive message.

else have issue or find solution?

on side note: when record rapid vibration pattern don't feel vibration till play back. e.g. tap, tap, tap fast , feel no feedback. when play 3 quick buzzes. record similar old vibrate motor, don't seem able emulate tapping-type sensations.
 

no 1 else has faulty vibrator me?
