Boots from USB but not from SATA

hi have problem corsair force ls 240 gb ssd , macbook pro 13” 2010 (model identifier macbookpro7,1) running el capitan, when connect ssd via usb boots perfectly, when replace internal hard disk ssd, won’t boot. reaches part apple logo , progress bar after more 8 hours it’s still there.

used carbon copy cloner clone hard drive ssd.

i’ve heard because ssd has bandwidth of 3 gb/s while macbook pro motherboard has 1.5 gb/s. should backwards compatible weird reason macs have problem this. ssd has no pins jumpers in order bypass (as other vendors have).

idea if problem? if so, idea on how solve this?

thanks.

the backwards compatibility shouldn't problem in opinion.
sounds more failing internal sata cable.

(also, bandwidths 6gb/s ssd , 3gb/s mbp.)
