El capitan - micro freeze on OS


hi everybody,
updated el capitan (macbook pro 2008) , have big problem.

every 10 min os freeze 5 second... can't use mouse or keyboard system still working (for example videos or loading wheel)... it's annoying! have ssd hd + 1tb hd.

made clean install of os.

can me please?

try running activity monitor in utilities folder , @ % cpu tab. there activity occurring every ten minutes during freeze?
