iPad Pro Volume level low


is me or volume low? when play video, youtube instance, have crank 2 bars below max. if i'm @ half volume, can barley hear anything. missing something?
 

you didn't replies because there other threads this. said ios 9.2 release fixed it. or, go settings, sounds, check volume slider. turn "change buttons" off turn volume slider up. helped me.
