my mac won't boot after upgrading to SSD


hi ,

have upgrade mac mini ssd after booting chose boot usb win't load freeze @ apple logo left 1 night when came same issue happened me 2 years ago , ended apple authorised , charge me 200$ said logo problem

tried start form recovery command + r start ( starting internet recovery ) , freeze @ apple logo

idea how fix
 

have pulled original drive or added ssd?

booting usb takes long time if left on overnight , still hadn't loaded sounds else going on.

did machine work fine before swapped internal drive?
