G5 DP 1.8 CPU removal


hello,

have working powermac g5 1.8dp lying around, remove internals , put hackintosh hardware inside of it.

have question,
hardware still fine, if i'm going take apart i'm going have remove processors.
if ever want rebuild machine powerpc, , reinstall processors, need recalibration? or when cpu's installed in wrong order (as in, swapped them) or when installing new cpu?

it need recalibration if remove cpu (and heatsink) logicboard itself.

if remove logicboard/cpu/heatsink 1 unit won't necessary.
