Problem with iPhone 5 screen


hello :)
bought phone friend. after 5 hours using phone , noticed in background of screen see apps have been used previously.
example, when write , locks screen , enter code see in background keyboard previous action. don't have idea what's wrong phone. tried repair itunes (by reset without restoring backup) unfortunately problem did not disappear. enclose photos.
sorry lame language :)
hope understand mean, , know what's wrong :(
