mandrill more of transactional email provider, you'll want @ marketing focused product mailchimp instead. sendgrid offer both under same name you'll want looking @ marketing features learn more it.

have lists of contacts , email templates, should simple importing contacts, uploading templates , creating campaigns once you're set click send.

sounds want won't need @ api, should doable web interface. make aware of various spam laws though, of these email services have strict terms , conditions.
