iPhone Best iOS for maximum working Cydia apps.


my 6s came ios 9.1 preloaded. so, in anticipation of possible 9.3/9.2.1 jailbreak, i'm wondering if should stay on 9.1 have possible working jailbreak apps or upgrade 9.2.1? aren't more apps still compatible 9.1 quite awhile? opinions please?
 

if stock i'd go 9.2.1. chances coming jb work on 9.3 , below pretty good.
