MacBook Pro hard drive problem


have 2010 macbook pro. backing files external hard drive yesterday, ejected hard drive desk top pulled out usb cable, macbook started make crackling noise , froze , had spinning wheel of death, left few minutes after no change shut down using off button. when rebooted there flashing question mark , macbook wouldn't open. tried starting in safe mode didn't work, started through os x recovery mode repair macintosh hd not listed, thing in list os x base system. can't reinstall os x again hd not listed. don't have time machine or of hd. there can fix this, not technical or knowledgable on workings of macs! in advance offered.
 

drive seems dead... happens.

replace (ssd if possible), reinstall osx, restore time machine, go :)
