Discover Card, Apple Pay, and 10% Cashback


i bought ipad air 2 in sept in-store @ staples using discover card through apple pay. received credit card statement , not reflect 10% cash back. did else have problem? when 10% cash back?
 

i heard takes billing cycle or 2 appear since it's "extra" cash back. plan on getting new apple tv , want take advantage of myself:
