Help with my 4s


unfortunately me smashed 5s @ weekend have turned old 4s have stored under bed! 4s had 'find iphone' installed on it. when planning on selling while ago, done sort of factory re-set. when came turn phone on, asked me apple id , password used set device. have changed password few times , cannot remember on earth when first got phone. have ideas? im guessing better off in bin , useless!
 

it shouldn't need original password, need current password associated apple id.
