iTunes keeps prompting me to enter password..."your icloud session has timed out"


itunes (while using itunes) promoting me enter password, stating "icloud session has timed out."

else have issue?

how might resolve it?
 

i'm having problem on iphone. can't update apps anymore. asks me touchid, enter password appleid , nothing.
