Apple Pay & Built-to-Order at Apple Stores


sorry if wrong thread this, might have buy few things apple , wasn't sure if possible:

discover offering 10% cashback on apple pay purchases (but implementation of apple pay works in-store, not in apps). might need ordering few custom-configured mac minis, , 10% nice. able go physical apple retail store , pick out custom configuration , have them ring transaction though buying out of inventory?

if not, i'll "build" machines in apple store app , use apple pay card...

to knowledge can't configure , purchase build order hardware in apple retail stores. option order them online on apple's web site.
