Spotlight search for third party apps not working


hey all,

1 of main reasons updated ios 9 leaving ios 8 jailbreak proactive siri , spotlight search third party apps.

however, after updating iphone 6 ios 9, can't work intended. have many apps ios 9 updated ones work pushbullet , 1password. 1password started working after turning toggle on within app. have many apps enabled under settings-spotlight well. spotlight seems search messages, email , notes , apps. nothing else.

facing same issue? solution?

india in case regional settings matter this.
