Clean Install of El Capitan - Errors


hi guys -

i'm having issues doing clean install of el capitan. have installed want cleanly rid of older versions on computer (2015 macbook retina). watched video , i'm following step-for-step , i'm still having issues.



i'm having issues when entering command terminal. keep getting error shown (pictures attached).

tried using disk maker x 5 , error. (pictures attached).

can me install properly/cleanly?

you don't have pictures on post, other video (which doesn't tell problems may having... )

diskmakerx web site has lot of error fixes may you.
or, post actual error (you don't need pictures, text of error), , can search might fix errors - i've been using diskmakerx several years, , have experience of recent problems might appear.

Help please Strange logs
