Cable won't attach to phone


hi guys, came quite big problem iphone 5s. have ideas!

never had problems phone. charging fine yesterday, went out evening, went charge phone in morning, yet cable won't fit phone... can't lightning cable connect @ all. i've used manner of sharp objects see if there's lint, dust etc. used air duster. yet can't cable in @ all. makes worse can't see object blocking port.

tried searching elsewhere doesn't seem many people have had issue. ideas?

try different lightning cable.
if still can't seat connector, there's inside phone that's blocking it.
notice edge of lightning connector has tiny notches mate matching "springs" inside iphone port. if springs won't move, connector won't seat.
take genius look.
or, find else has experience take @ port.
1 of kiosks @ mall repairs iphones can @ least take look, maybe tell happening. @ lots of iphones in day. might easy fix...
