iOS 9.3beta RUINED MY LIFE


hello everyone,

here story, backed iphone 5s runs on ios 9.3beta3 via itunes , restore backup new iphone6s+.

signed in icloud id , download beta profile , update last beta version 9.3beta3.

have big problems, can't signe in icloud or appstore id, keeps gives me message:
"verification failed, action not completed, try again"
, it's keep giving me every time tried.

restored iphone last update available 9.2.1 , tried again last beta version, again same problem time icloud dose not work , setting freeze when try sign in appstore!

record, accounts running good, did try sign in via website.

no i'm walking 2 iphone, 1 calls , texts , rest!

experts, please me solve problem.
