Issues with mounting an encrypted drive


hello,

have 4 bay esata external enclosure plugged 2009mp. enclosure , card work perfectly. encrypted 1 of drives in enclosure, , long fill password power enclosure on, encrypted drive mounts.

if decide not mount immediately, can't mount later (the mount button greyed out in disk utility). solution power enclosure off , on.

there better way?
