Macbook Pro Poor ReReRepair Dilemma

last month took rmbp (mid 2012) genius bar defective component (a). repair done in store, , parts , labor covered apple - though warranty out.

on first iteration, received mbp problem corrected replacing logic board. however, had new problem: keyboard lights inoperable. called, again, , sent me store, again, have examined. turns out first technician made kind of error when reconnecting things.

next day, got macbook new logic board (second 1 now), new keyboard(!), new trackpad(!), , 16gb ram (!!). upgrading ram in rmbp, understand, not option - you're stuck choose @ checkout. didn't realize memory change until today when noticed running lot of software no real (the usual) decrease in responsiveness (so can't if got 16 on first or second iteration). through error, lack of supply, or else got upgrade - sweet. keyboard lights work, original problem still resolved, there frequent popping noises coming right speaker, , there gradient across trackpad. 1 corner sits ~2mm beneath frame surface, level it.

don't want take (tired of taking back!). popping distracting, , don't repeated contact make edge of frame. ignoring inconvenience of yet visit apple store, wonder if goes repair, if these 16 gigs of ram again become 8 gigs. try opening resolve trackpad gradient. i've found few complaints on web regarding popping, no concrete solutions. far i've lost time (no $$), , suffered major workflow interruption.

suggestions?

bring back. attach specs (screenshot) application maintenance verification. ask them sign copy you. keep calm ;)
