i've been waiting l-o-n-g time updated mac pro , need move forward something. there reason not buy new mac pro @ time? composer/musician , audio though need render video send music 'roughs' film clips producers/director see/hear. thinking of going latest imac 5k worried machine heating , possible noise.

newest mac pro fine audio needs believe, 'updated' mac pro have regret not waiting for?

thoughts on this.
 

if need it, it, if makes money.

no 1 can sure next mac pro i'd think faster, have updated graphics components , updated throughput (ranging thunderbolt how ssd interfaces). no 1 knows when come out said, if available version work done better have , makes money go it. did on month ago , no regrets, thing computational beast, if need os x performance it's way go.

if software runs on other platforms may able other workstations faster , cheaper.
