STILL can't back up to iCloud


i've been having problem ever since 9.0. phone (6) not icloud more. doesn't see of previous backups. mac , ipad not see of previous iphone backups. i've had numerous call apple support since september, , problem still isn't fixed. i've been following topic on apple support forums. others having issue. able fix deleting old backups, can't that.

apple support claims can see previous backups, though size isn't reflected in icloud storage. don't know going on, , keep hoping fixed each update. (it hasn't. still can't on 9.2.) i'm tired of having computer every day.

apple support keeps telling me hearing of happening people using public beta. not.
