wow, never knew legal system that. :eek:

 

interesting video. 1 aspect sounds attractive using judges instead of juries. having served on jury, left me wanting more professional , dispassionate group deciding upon guilt or innocence. while can understand each system has pros , cons, 1 aspect of justice system seems obvious me—that professionals more adept @ job amateurs, , jury system may not best way decide these matters.
