just went checking online laptop son morning , found out pc 15.6 , 17.3" laptops using 6th generation quad core i7 processor, ndivia 985 4gb vram , dual channel ddr4 ram bluetooth 4.x long range, usb3.1 ports, hdmi 2.x, etc us$1,500, while macbook 15" hardware 3 years old , us$2500. knows when apple restart being technology pioneer used be?

you don't consider usb-c , thunderbolt being technology pioneer?

blame intel this, not apple. they've been unable roll out updates in timely fashion. skylake processors not have decent igpu why 21" imac went broadwell.
