Weather App showing wrong time on hourly updates.


as can see, it's 6:45 yet hourly updates showing it's noon.

happening else? know how fix this?

i'm having same issue iphone 5s running 9.1 beta 5. don't use apple's own app. use 3rd part weather app called beweather 2 (free, paid version) app , notification center widget. app/widget show current forecast correctly.
