questions related to ipad/ios


hey guys thinking of buying new ipad pro. first every apple product have been android user have few questions want answered before jump aboard ios ship. apologies if have posted question in wrong section.

first question consists of 2 parts. okay wht wanna know is there app on ios lets u access system files or program files on ios? on android used install file manager , have access file folders of installed software. copy/paste stuff want in folders. can tht in ios too??? second part of question if jail break ipad , able wht mentioned in first part of question?

second question once ios jail breaked , can restored non-jb state , receive official updates jb ipad wont official updates. appreciate detailed response on this. in advance..
 

i not sure jail braking highly doubt there looking on ios.
